When a home is empty, buyers can struggle to envision integrating furniture into a room and using the space to its full potential. Just a handful of pieces can give them a better sense of room proportions and possible furniture arrangements. Staged homes often lead to higher sales prices and faster sales. A recent National Association of Realtors (NAR) report found that 23% of buyers’ and sellers’ agents said that home staging raised the price offered between 1% and 5%, compared to similar homes that hadn’t been staged. The NAR also states that if you invest 1-3% of the value of your home in staging, updates and repairs you could make back 8-10%. Staged homes also spend 88% less time on the market That's where we come in. If you're looking to sell your home and need DIY Staging advice, we are the experts that can help you! Our unique Virtual DIY Staging consultation is also more economical than our standard Physical staging model as you will be using your current furniture for the staging! We will provide a 2 hour Virtual session via Zoom with a cost of $225.00 which includes all of the services below. Our 2 hour consultation will include everything from the fundamentals of getting your home prepared for showings to suggesting the best rooms in your home to stage. Once we get a sense of your homes layout via Zoom and pics, we will provide advice on de-cluttering the home and cleaning essentials. Once the rooms are determined, we will go over how to use your existing furniture and decor items to bring the best out of your home so that you will ultimately sell quickly for the most profit. This will include advising on the optimum furniture and decor layout to highlight the rooms in the best possible way. We can also provide tips on Landscaping and exterior preparations. Your order also includes three (3)x30 minute follow up sessions (for up to 3 months) pertaining to anything Staging related for your property. Any additional follow up afterwards will have a $25.00 charge. A follow up can be something as simple as needing help arranging the decor or something as detailed as discussing the best picture angles for your online listing.
